Rivalz is Designed to bring together and support the most dedicated and competitive sports enthusiasts, Rivalz is a one-stop shop for all their sporting needs. Whenever and whenever they choose, Rivalz users may play a game. Participate in a preexisting sporting event or organize your own, schedule a field, pick up some pals to compete, and divide the cost of the venue amongst yourselves. As opposed to other games, Rivalz encourages healthy competition among its users.

Challenge

This project was going in a support mode and it was a challenge to rebuild relationships with customer and dive into domain to understand requests

Concept

1. Athlets are connecting through the app
2. They use metrics such as height and skill to find a companion
3. When the team is established they can submit a game
4. Play and have fun!

Solution

Cloudflex has handled the software piece for the project, including backend, mobile (Android and iOS development) as well as covered project management

• Smooth transition resulted into quick feature development
• Sports were extended with new sports type
• The team was proactive and took ownership in feature engineering/data structures design
