VideoCheck is a module of a big video-streaming platform which was designed to collect data from survey groups. With current implementation, respondents can test their audio, verify their bandwidth is good enough to join and check laptop capabilities

Challenge

Respondents are not always connecting with conditions which platform require to proceed with focus groups. That’s why it was decided to automate respondent hardware check when person is entering conference

Concept

1. Respondent before connecting to the conference should go over tech verification process
2. Automated web software is checking for the respondent’s capabilities, like audio/camera outputs, network speed and server connection
3. Unverified persons can’t join conference
4. Verified respondents can participate and get paid for their tume
